When Cowboy the Jersey steer grows too big to be kept as a pet, his original owner finds him a safe, new, home at Second Chance Ranch. After a carroty welcome from the kind Farm Lady; he's excited to meet the rest of the family-- goats, alpacas, donkeys, horses, and more!-- but for some reason they all run away at the sight of him.
Thankfully, he soon meets Bentley, a friendly, wise potbellied pig, who encourages him to think of his size as a positive trait and reminds him that making friends takes time.
